Saying No. Ugh. I’m terrible at it really. Maybe you struggle with this too? 

Today Dusty Hegge from Throwing Pinecones is sharing 5 questions to ask when you’re not sure about saying no. (I think we all need this before the holidays.) This is the second post in our Thanks, but No Thanks series.  Here’s the first post on contentment, in case you missed it.


I am a very goal orientated person. This can be a really great trait at times, at other times it is the thing I hate the most about myself. See, far too often I find my worth and value in what I accomplish. I tend to feel inadequate and well, to be honest, like a failure if I don’t get everything on my list done. I realize this sounds a bit silly when I write it out, but you can’t tell me I am the only one.
